Of all the forms of cultural development, libraries are the easiest to create. They have the added advantage of serving as community centers, and are resources for homeschoolers. Therefore, it would make sense for each chapter of your organization to establish a Great American Library. It would be very easy to stock them, given the low price of used books. Honestly when I think of American culture I think of Mark Twain, Hemmingway, Robert E. Howard and Lovecraft, and also to an extent I guess England. I really do struggle to see the difference in culture to an extent between Anglo-Canada, US, NZ & Australia at times, and even England at times. I really like that about Anglo-Saxons, it's really cool.

You lot criticize tokenism as there is less focus on the needs of the working class and the middle class in competition with immigrant debt slavery and African labour since the colonial period, such as a decrease in folk culture traditions: I do agree with you, but the article and you guys in general suffer from two obvious flaws in your arguments on culture, the first being that since ethnic cultures are found in ethnic COMMUNITIES and African-American folkways were part of the countercultures starting with the minstrels (i.e. they were NOT part of traditional pre-modern American culture in the vein of Cotton Mathers or Thomas Jefferson or folk culture, or Gothic - i.e. pre-Romantic - Romantic, Victorian, Edwardian, Vorticist, or Second World War onwards consumerist, cultures), the threat to traditional culture comes from Greater Hollywood and Greater New York, neither of which are nonwhite or even what were historically called dirty-whites (i.e. Celts and such).
Both cultures are Anglo, with the latter comprising Greater Low Countries culture (i.e. the culture of Franconia), which was assimilated by Anglo-Norman culture and the culture of the London and Estuary merchants who settled in the days of Neu-Nederland: Greater Hollywood culturally appropriated the countercultures, the zambo and Chicano cowboy culture, and American Cantonese and Yiddish culture (Yiddish people, Gypsies, non-heteronormatives, sex workers, actors, actresses, and performers, being exploited by pimps, madams, the casting couch, pickpockets, and showmen), and worked with the Mafia to create the Las Vegas Strip. Greater Hollywood was influenced by Greater New York, due to the cinema and radio-communications industry fleeing Thomas Edison's monopoly, with the sex industry and show business (which have been historically linked for thousands of years, since you can exploit minorities and the vulnerable and debt slavery of the poor is useful), showcasing anti-Semitism, white supremacy, and misogyny, and being backed by the Mafia.
The second reason is that northern European cultures was destroyed centuries ago, when the Roman gladius replaced the steel swords of the Germanic warriors (no doubt due to Augustus having Germanic noble youth being given a Roman education), thus resulting in the longsword: Romanization and Christianization destroyed traditional culture. Tolkien lamented the destruction of much of the Matter of England in the Norman Conquest, and we should also clarify that the Celtic cultures were northern European cultures and were destroyed by Romanization and Christianization: indeed, a third-century Roman lamented the existence of the Gallo-Romans, contrasting them with their ancestors and the Germanics (who were still undergoing cultural contamination by the Romans in the form of education). Indeed, since I have just read the Indo-Iranians are considered the vanguard of the Andronovo culture (i.e. they were not a part of this tradition which built kurgans and other megaliths astronomically linked and thus acting as astronomical calculators worthy of the 18th century), the technologies of bronze and horses were not Indo-European at all, but were imports by the nearby Hatti-Urartian, Uralic, and Nikh-Xiongnu (ancestors of the Szekelys and Jomon, not proto-Jomon), cultures.
The manly "Conan the Barbarian" style culture (which is basically the stereotypical steppe nomad, Mycenaean, and northern European, culture, without technology), was destroyed by cultural appropriation: to make things worse, the Indo-Europeans got knowledge before their time and thus they became aggressive like everyone with a military advantage, resulting in them destroying the Old European culture and going on to culturally contaminate the world, preventing other cultures from gaining technology on their own. The only Indo-Europeans who seem to have advanced on their own were the Tocharians, ancestors of the Taranchi of the Tarim, and the rest of the Uighurs outside of the Altai (Dzungaria was settled from the Altai and the rest of East Turkistan), as they lived away from the Andronovo culture and show a lack of Chinese influence (there is no evidence they got bronze from the Chinese or vice versa).
I should also say there seems to have been a cultural decline starting towards the end of the Early Middle Ages, based on given several centuries of cultural transmission and bureaucracy for bad culture to be transmissioned: I attribute this to the Viking Age, the Reconquista, the steppe raids on eastern Europe such as the Byzantine Empire, wars with the Persians and Arabs, and Mediterranean piracy.
