If we are fortunate, then affirmative action will be struck down in court. Both however require the creation of alternative structures. De facto separation, in other words.
Gotta step up the propaganda game to get the idea out in such a way that even the lowest common denominator can get it. Then beat them with it relentlessly until they passively understand it even if they couldn't formulate the idea if they tried.
